1 flank steak
1 Tbsp. ground or fresh ginger
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 or 3 cloves of garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients together and pour over the flank steak. Allow the flank steak to marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Preheat the grill to a hot temperature, and cook on the grill for 5 mins on each side. This should give you a medium cooked flank steak. Remember to cut against the grain and about a 1/2 in. thick.
