1.5 lb. of Daisyfield, rindless, thick slice, pepper, slab bacon.  Peppered and sliced in our store, fresh, vacuum packaged.

Partially cooked, cook until product center reaches 160F.

Cured with water, salt, sodium phosphates, sugar, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
