A turducken is a semi-boneless turkey, with boneless fryer inside, with a boneless duck breast. The duck is wrapped into the fryer, inside of the turkey. The total weight is 21-23 lbs. A 16–18 lb turkey, a 3.0-3.5 lb. boneless fryer, and 2 boneless duck breast weighing 2.0–2.5 lbs. Completely handcrafted, no stuffing inside.
The Not-So-Fine Print
All turkeys are fresh (never frozen), uncooked and unbrined. We do not ship orders or deliver them. Turkeys must be picked up at the Strip District Meats store in the Strip District between Sunday, November 20 through Wednesday November 23, unless needed after the holiday. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day.
Deposits are required on the following turkey products: $50.00 for the Turducken ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
How Much Turkey Do I Need?
We work with small farmers who raise turkeys specifically for Thanksgiving, timing the growth of the flock so that they’re just at the right size for holiday harvest. Because of this, we won’t know the exact weight of your bird until the time of pickup. Please select a weight range that works for your party size (See guide below).

How Long Do I Need To Cook My Turkey
This table is from the USDA and is based on a 325°F oven, and fully defrosted or a fresh bird. (For unstuffed bird, we’re talking roughly 15 minutes per pound).
If you want to cook a frozen turkey, it will take at least 50% longer than the recommended times.
It is recommended that you also check internal temperature of the turkey in the innermost part of the thigh, wing and the thickess part of the breast with a food
